What happens when you visit our site?

When you visit our website, our server/provider collects the following information from your device: browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited website (“referrer”), IP address and time of page access.

This data is collected to ensure the smooth operation of our website and to be able to detect, prevent and track any misuse of our services. The data is also used for statistical purposes, for example to evaluate which devices and browsers are used to access our platform in order to continuously adapt and improve our offering to the needs of visitors.

What happens when an order is placed?

If you place an order in our shop, we will process the data you provide during the ordering process. If you provide additional data with your order (e.g. a different delivery address or a telephone number), we will of course also process this data.

We process the data mentioned in the above paragraph electronically for the proper performance of the contract, in particular for delivery, invoicing, booking payments and processing returns and complaints. We keep this data stored until all mutual claims arising from the contractual relationship with you have been fully settled and the commercial and tax retention periods have expired.

Without providing your data, you cannot enter into a contract with us.

For shipping purposes, we need to transfer some of your data, mainly to Deutsche Post (Deutsche Post AG, 53113 Bonn) or DHL (DHL Paket GmbH, 53113 Bonn) as shipping service providers. We may also use other service providers.

Third parties are also involved in payment. The data protection provisions of the payment service provider you have chosen also apply.

When we receive a payment, we process the data that the payment service provider sends us.
